Come Get a Lesson In Our Studio
 It's been a wet and windy week so far and it doesn't show much sign of changing. This is an ideal time to use our academy at the club.
By booking through the shop, you can have a lesson, have a practice session, check you clubs out and play a course on the simulator mode with our GC2 launch monitor.

Lombard Trophy
The Lombard trophy is a Professional and one Amateur team event organised by the PGA. The winner of the Lombard qualifying event in April was John Close. John partnered myself in the midlands qualifier at Little Aston Golf Club on Tuesday, where the winning team from 70 goes through to the grand final.
The day was played in testing conditions, after three holes of heavy rain play was suspended for 90 minutes to allow the greens to clear and when play finally got under way we were challenged by 20-30mph winds.
We finished in a tie for 33rd place out of 70 on a level par score. It was tough day to get going and we just needed a few more putts to drop, but well done to Wolstanton Golf Club for shooting -7 on an extremely difficult day!
Captains' / Pro Challenge
The Captains and Professional Challenge is back for another season. Challenge one of the Captains and one of our Professionals to a match, with proceeds going to the Captains' Charity, Acorns Children's Hospice.
Challenge the Men's Captain and Professional in a four ball better ball match. Challenge the Ladies' Captain and Professional in a greensome match. Challenge can be any combination of pairs, men, ladies or mixed.
The cost to challenge is £10 per person, which goes to the Captains' charity. The Captains will be keen to take bet on the day, on the outcome of the matches. Any winnings achieved by the Captain / Pro, will be donated to the charity.
